About the Cooperative College Collaborative
Vision Statement.
We intend to renew Goddard College’s place in higher education as an innovative college in progressive education for the 21st century to foster educational opportunities of empowerment and recognition for students of diverse backgrounds, cognitive abilities, and cultures.

Context.
In the wake of Goddard College’s announcement to shutter their campus for at least the following year, a group of stakeholders–including leadership from the faculty union, staff union, alumni, and student body–have joined forces to transform the college into a cooperatively run institution.

Structure.
The Cooperative College Collaborative is made up of students, alumni, and current/former faculty & staff of Goddard College. We operate with several work groups that are open to anyone in our community, including our partner organizations. Elected representatives from each constituency meet regularly to ensure that the work groups are coordinated and working towards our shared vision.
